Week 7!

Week 6 weight in!
starting weight: 247.0
todays weight: 236.6
total so far: 10.6 lbs!!

 Getting the eating under control and with the warm weather it is fun to get out! My goal this week is to run 3 miles! And do Richards once.

  1. You can so do three miles! Remember walking is not cheating it's interval training, when you hit 2 miles and you feel like you can't do it any more don't stop just keep going, and don't go to fast keep it slow and build up your base fitness!! Love you and keep up the good work!!
